Bjarne Riis is known to most people as the only Dane to date to have won the world's biggest cycling race, the Tour de France.
Riis took over the team and company in 2000 and has since then been one of the sports directors at Team CSC.
The Tour de France victory in 1996 is naturally the peak of Riis' sports career, a career that also brought him a victory in the the World Cup race Amstel Gold Race, five Danish championships as well as stage wins in the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia.
